The spatial profiles of the electron and excited argon atom number densities for the characteristic times. Due to their size, the data are saved in binary hdf5 file. The file can be opened using any program that supports opening hdf5 files, such as HDF Viewer, Origin Pro, Matlab, or various libraries in python. The data are stored as a three-column form table in which the radial position in the first column is varied for each axial position in the second column, whereas the following columns contain the number density of electrons and Ar* for corresponding positions and a given times.
